How One Touch Switch works

1. Choose a broadband package

Most broadband providers have a similar process when it comes to setting up One Touch Switch. First, find your perfect broadband package or use our handy postcode checker to see if full-fibre broadband is available in your area.

Once you’ve chosen your package, follow the steps at checkout where you'll be asked to enter more details to start your One Touch Switch journey.  

2. Provide your details

During checkout, we’ll ask for a few more details to make sure you’re eligible for One Touch Switch including:

  • The name of your current provider

  • The name on your current broadband account

  • Your postcode

  • Your account reference number (if you have it)

Once we have this information all you need to do is place your order for the switching process to begin.

3. Leave it with us

Once you’ve completed your order, we’ll handle the switch on your behalf. That means contacting your current provider to end your service and arrange for your new broadband contract to take effect.

Your current provider might get in touch to confirm cancellation, explain any charges, or offer you reasons to stay. That’s totally normal, you just need to confirm what you’ve already confirmed with us to continue with the switch.

How long does it take to switch broadband providers?
