Here's how it works
Choose your broadband package
Once you've signed up to one of our broadband packages and registered your interest in Contract Buy Out at check out, we'll email you with the details we need to process your contract buy out.
Send us your details
Log into your account and upload evidence of any early termination fees and your preferred bank details.
Final checks
Once your details have been uploaded within 30 days of install, we’ll send you the value of the payment to be made.
We'll refund the difference
Once we've received and approved your details, we'll send the final amount directly to your bank account after your first payment with us.*If you are eligible for Contract Buy Out we'll pay up to £350 towards your early termination fees depending on the type of package you choose and total value of your early termination charges. If your final bill is over the value of £350 you will be responsible for covering any differences in cost. Payment reimbursement will be sent to your bank account or credited to your LightSpeed account within 7 days of receiving the necessary details required to process payment.
