1Gbps is a great speed for medium to large households. If you're a large household that uses a lot of devices at one time and needs a lot of data, you'll want to look at our 2Gbps package.

No, your fibre broadband works completely independently. We run pure fibre optic cable straight to your home, so there's no need for a phone line at all.

You can add our home phone service if you want one, but your internet will work perfectly without it.

Our plans run for 24 months with no mid-contract price increases halfway through your agreement with us. The price you sign up for is the price you pay for the full contract.

The router is provided on loan during your contract and will need to be returned when your service ends. If the equipment isn't returned or comes back damaged, we may charge you according to our Terms and Conditions.

1Gbps is equal to 1000Mbps. It's more than enough bandwidth for large households with high internet usage, people who are serious gamers, and remote workers that spend a lot of their time online.
