LightSpeed Broadband Survey Prize Draw
1. Introduction
1.1 These are the terms and conditions for LightSpeed’s Survey Prize Draw.
1.2 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry of the prize draw.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to individuals who have an active LightSpeed Broadband account in good standing (i.e. not suspended, in arrears, or subject to collections activity).
2.2 Must be 18 years of age or older
2.3 Participants must be a current or recent customer who received an official survey invitation from LightSpeed Broadband between April 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026.
2.4 By entering into the prize draw you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require evidence of eligibility.
2.5 Evidence of identity and age may be required.
2.6 Any third-party entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
3. The Promotional Period
3.1 The opening date for entries is 9am on 1 April 2026, and the closing date of the prize draw is 5pm on 30 June 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). All entries have until 7 July 2026 to complete their entry. Entries received after this time will not be accepted or considered.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Limit one (1) entry per customer, regardless of the number of surveys received or completed.
4.2 There is no alternative method of entry.
4.3 Eligible customers will receive an invitation to complete an NPS survey via SMS or email.
4.4 To receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw, the participant must fully complete and submit the survey within the Promotional Period.
5. The Prize
5.1 Grand Prize (1 Winner): Two months credit to your LightSpeed account (based on your current plan)
5.2 Secondary Prizes (2 Winners): One month credit to your LightSpeed account (based on your current plan)
5.3 Winners will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries by 14 July 2026.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative or other alternative prize is offered in whole or in part.
5.5 The winner is responsible for any tax implications.
6. Substitution of Prize
6.1 Substitution of a prize by a winner is not permitted.
7. Choosing the Winners
7.1 At the end of the Promotional Period, winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process from all eligible entries.
8. Winner Notification
8.1 The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of the date they were chosen by the random draw.
8.2 If a winner cannot be contacted within the timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner
9. How to find out about the Winners
9.1 The surname and county of the winners may be obtained by emailing hello@lightspeed.co.uk or writing to LightSpeed Marketing Team, LightSpeed Broadband Limited, Office 2b, Westpoint, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, United Kingdom, PE2 6FZ within one month after the closing date (subject to the winner’s rights under data protection laws).
10. Winner Publicity
10.1 The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the prize draw and any participation will not be paid for.
11. Your Privacy
11.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy which is available here.
11.2 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who follows the process at clause 9.1. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing hello@lightspeed.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
12. Brand Protection
12.1 The winner and entrants must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, bring the Promoter, its group companies or agents into disrepute before, during or after this prize draw.
13. Promoter
13.1 The Promoter of this draw is LightSpeed Broadband Limited (company number 12487672), Office 2b, Westpoint, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, United Kingdom, PE2 6FZ.
14. General
14.1 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14.2 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14.3 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, including in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control.
14.4 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at any time, including in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control. Void where prohibited by law.
15. Liability
15.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
15.2 If a winner’s LightSpeed Broadband account is terminated before the credit is applied, the prize will be forfeited and no alternative will be offered
16. English Law
16.1 These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
17. Data Integrity Clause
17.1 Any entry deemed incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or submitted with the intent to manipulate results or provide non-genuine feedback will be disqualified at the sole discretion of LightSpeed Broadband.
