LightSpeed Refer a friend scheme:
Last updated and effective from: June 2024
1. Existing customer: If you refer a friend and they use your personal referral code
when they join, you’ll both get 2 months free subscription on your next
chargeable bills. This is based on both parties being actively connected to
LightSpeed broadband plans and being up to date on payments where
applicable. Any referral credits left at the point of disconnecting your LightSpeed
service will be lost as promotions do not carry a cash value.
2. New customer: 2 months free will be applied automatically to orders placed
using a referral code. Once your LightSpeed connection is live, your first and
second monthly subscription price will not be collected. Monthly payment
collections will begin in the third month and continue until the end of your
contract.
3. For you to receive your 2 months free, your referee and yourself must both be
live (successfully installed and receiving a live broadband service). There is
absolutely no limit to how many people you refer.
4. Your free months can’t be transferred or exchanged. At point of order, referee
MUST include your unique code within the referral/promotion section at checkout
on www.lightspeed.co.uk or give to agent if placing the order via the phone.
5. In case we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to withhold
rewards.
6. You cannot recommend someone from your household.
7. A referral award is confirmed when the Referred User signs up to a new
residential 12 or 24-month contract.
8. A referral reward will not apply if for any reason we have the Referred User’s
details in our database.
9. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and terminate the
scheme at any time with or without notice.
