LightSpeed Broadband - Christmas Campaign 2025
1. Restrictions and requirements
1.1. Advertised prices are only applicable to new LightSpeed Broadband customers placing orders for 150Mbps, 500Mbps, 1Gbps (1000Mbps) 2Gbps (2000Mbps) broadband plans, applicable only to residential properties within the promotional period described below.
1.2. These terms and conditions are intended to be read in addition to the LightSpeed’s Residential T&Cs. In case of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and our Residential T&Cs, these Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
1.3. We will be providing you with leased broadband equipment as part of the installation which you will need to return to us in accordance with our T&Cs on termination of the contract between us. If you fail to return the equipment to us, we are entitled to charge you for the cost of such equipment in accordance with our T&Cs.
1.4. We will not charge for standard installation of the broadband if you sign up for any of the 24 months plan.
1.5. If bespoke installation is required, such as digging longer than usual drives to install the fibres, then further charges are payable which we shall quote once we have undertaken a survey. You will have a chance to cancel your order if you do not agree to these further charges.
1.6. Your contract will start on the day our services are activated. The offer applied will be as the below:
150Mbps standard price is £25.99 per month with a £79.99 tastecard
500Mbps standard price is £29.99 per month with a £79.99 tastecard
1,000Mbps standard price is £39.99 per month with a £79.99 tastecard and a £50 Supermarket voucher
2,000Mbps standard price is £65.99 per month with a £79.99 tastecard and a £75 Supermarket voucher
2. Start and closing dates
2.1. The Christmas Campaign promotion runs from 9th December 2025 to 5th January 2026 (‘Promotional Period’). We may end the promotion before this time at our discretion.
3. Detail of offer
3.1. You need to be a new LightSpeed Broadband customer, and eligible properties only.
3.2. During the offer period of the 9th December 2025 to 5th January 2026, the price for the on 24 months plan broadband plans will be:
150Mbps standard price is £25.99 per month with a £79.99 tastecard
500Mbps standard price is £29.99 per month with a £79.99 tastecard
1,000Mbps standard price is £39.99 per month with a £79.99 tastecard and a £50 Supermarket voucher
2,000Mbps standard price is £65.99 per month with a £79.99 tastecard and a £75 Supermarket voucher
3.3. Customers who purchase a 24-month 150Mbps, 500Mbps, or 1Gbps package will receive a free tastecard voucher. The voucher will be issued only after the 14-day cooling-off period has ended and the first monthly bill has been successfully paid.
3.4. Customers who purchase a 24-month 1Gbps or 2Gbps package will receive a free £50 voucher (1Gbps) or £75 voucher (2Gbps) via our third party, Giftcloud. The voucher will be issued only after the 14-day cooling-off period has ended and the first monthly bill has been successfully paid.
4. Eligibility
4.1. If you cancel within 14 days of signing the contract with LightSpeed Broadband, you will need return our equipment in good condition (in its original packaging).
5. General
5.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or withdraw them at any time with or without notice.
5.2. The December promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5.3. LightSpeed Broadband reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute this December promotion of equal or greater value or not replace it at all.
5.4. An active Direct Debit is required for the full duration of contract and an install date must be selected to be eligible for this promotion.
