LightSpeed Broadband – 5Gbps Launch Business Bundle
1. Restrictions and requirements
1.1. Advertised prices are only applicable to new LightSpeed Broadband business customers placing orders for 5Gbps (5000Mbps) broadband business plans, applicable only to residential properties within the promotional period described below.
1.2. hese terms and conditions are intended to be read in addition to the LightSpeed Business Broadband Service Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and our Business Broadband T&Cs, these Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
1.3. We will be providing you with leased broadband equipment as part of the installation which you will need to return to us in accordance with our T&Cs on termination of the contract between us. If you fail to return the equipment to us, we are entitled to charge you for the cost of such equipment in accordance with our T&Cs.
1.4. We will not charge for standard installation of the broadband if you sign up for any of the 24 months plan.
1.5. If bespoke installation is required, such as digging longer than usual drives to install the fibres, then further charges are payable which we shall quote once we have undertaken a survey. You will have a chance to cancel your order if you do not agree to these further charges.
2. Start and closing dates
2.1. The 5Gbps launch bundle promotion runs from the 19th December 2025 to 2nd February 2026 (‘Promotional Period’). We may end the promotion before this time at our discretion.
3. Detail of offer
3.1. You must be a new or existing LightSpeed Broadband business customer, and the service must be available at your property.
3.2. During the offer period of the 19th December 2025 to 2nd February 2026, the price for the on 24 months plan broadband plans will be:
5Gbps for will be £99.99 per month for the first 12 months, then £129.99 for remaining 12 months.
3.3. Activation fee is one-off fee of £84 for this offer on 5Gb (5000Mbps) broadband plans.
3.4. The 5Gbps launch bundle includes:
An eero Max 7 as a standard router
1 x eero 7 Wi-Fi mesh extender
An optional complimentary Technical Call.
3.5. If the broadband contract continues to run for monthly periods beyond the 24-month minimum term, the price per month (from month 25) will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that point in time. As at the date of these Terms and Conditions (19th December 2025), the list prices are as follows:
5,000Mbps standard price is £129.99 per month
4. Eligibility
4.1. If you cancel within 14 days of signing the contract with LightSpeed Broadband, you will need return our equipment in good condition (in its original packaging).
5. General
5.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or withdraw them at any time with or without notice.
5.2. The 5Gbps launch bundle promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5.3. LightSpeed Broadband reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute this 5Gbps launch bundle promotion of equal or greater value or not replace it at all.
5.4. An active Direct Debit is required for the full duration of contract, and an install date must be selected to be eligible for this promotion.
